Terms of Sale & Customer Policy
Ordering, payment, delivery, returns and refund terms for purchases made through khisujewelhut.
These terms govern orders placed with khisujewelhut, a brand operated by KNOWSLEY FURNITURE CENTRE LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the policies set out below. These terms are provided for clarity and convenience and do not affect your statutory rights.
1. Ordering and Account Registration
1.1 You do not need to register an account to place an order. Guest checkout is available.
1.2 Registering an account is optional. Creating an account helps you track your order and manage your order history more easily.
2. Order Changes and Cancellation
2.1 You may request to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
2.2 To request a change or cancellation, please email us first at [email protected]. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 PayPal is our preferred and best-supported payment method. Payment must be completed before your order is prepared.
4. Receipts and Order Tracking
4.1 After your order is placed, we will send a purchase receipt and tracking number to the email address provided.
4.2 You may track your order using the tracking number in your email, or by signing in to your khisujewelhut account and clicking “My Orders” to view your order status.
5. Additional Items After Purchase
5.1 If you wish to add items after completing your purchase, please contact [email protected] first. Additional items may be added where they will be shipped to the same address and your original purchase was completed within the last 24 hours.
6. Order Preparation and Delivery
6.1 During business days, we require 2–5 days to prepare your order.
6.2 Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
7. Duties and Taxes
7.1 For North America, all duties and taxes are included in the price shown on the item page.
7.2 For the United Kingdom and EU countries, because our products are sourced from VAT-free regions, duties and taxes are not included in the product price.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1 Within 30 days of purchase, you may return or exchange your product free of charge and without giving a reason.
8.2 After 30 days from purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
8.3 To request a return or exchange, please contact [email protected] and explain the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and confirm the applicable approval process.
8.4 Where a refund is requested, please provide the PayPal account information required to process the refund. Processing may take several days; we appreciate your patience.
9. Refunds
9.1 When we receive your returned package, we will inspect it in accordance with our return policy approval process.
9.2 After inspection, we will notify you by email whether the item is eligible for a refund.
9.3 If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
